Problem: Windows 10 - You have to open a command prompt (Run as Administrator), call the file directory (e: or whatever directory your setup file is in) and then call the setup program as "setup -i GUI". Instead of "setup" you have to enter your setup file name
Solution:
Open the game folder
Right click is setup.exe
Properties -> compatibility ->
Check Run this program in compatibility for windows7
Check Run this program as an administrator
Apply
